The “21^st Century Unified Muslim Society’s Disaster Preparedness & Resiliency©” program is our contingency plan in the event of unexpected disaster or crisis that occurs to a particular geographic area or ethnic group or faith group that needs rapid assistance and recovery.

The program includes the following:

• ongoing advanced research (e.g., machine learning, analytics, and forecasting) to identify potential hot spots of crisis.
• development of processes with roles & responsibilities, training, internal and external communication, and integration with:
  • Civic and Crisis authorities
  • Local Masjids, Churches, Synagogues, and Temples
  • Local Hospitals
  • Multiple sources of Media & Communication (e.g., TV, Radio, Online Social Media)

The program ensures we have a contingency plan for our community’s continuity and resiliency should an unexpected disaster or crisis occurs in any of our partnering-communities, Ameen!
